Shipping Information

We ship all OCCHI sunglasses from Italy using our trusted logistics partners. International orders are handled by FedEx, while local deliveries are carried out by DHL. Most orders are processed and dispatched the next business day.

Standard shipping within Italy is complimentary when delivered to a local pickup point. Home delivery is available for a flat fee of $35. International shipping is also free, but express delivery options are available for an additional charge.

For international shipments, please note that customs clearance and any related fees in the destination country are not included in the product price. The customer is responsible for these charges.

Return Policy

At OCCHI, we want you to love your sunglasses. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the sunglasses must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@occhi.com.

Please do not return the product directly to the retailer where you purchased it. We will provide detailed instructions for the return process.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are not included in the item’s price or shipping fees, and the customer is responsible for covering them.

Customs policies and import duties vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your OCCHI sunglasses. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • The sunglasses must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Please provide your order number and the reason for return when contacting customer service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
